This is the Privacy Policy of MKX Technologies LLC (hereinafter referred to as "MKX," "we," "us" or "our"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect Personal Information as well as your related choices regarding use, access, and correction. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual where such information is protected similarly as personal data or personally identifiable information under applicable Data Protection Laws.

We may update this policy from time to time by publishing a new version on MKX WEALTH.
MKX Technologies LLC is responsible for the processing of your personal data with respect to the use of MKX WEALTH, purchase of services and/or products, and the conclusion of Affiliate agreements as shown in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, mobile applications or services operated by MKX. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16.

The payment processing is securely carried out by payment service providers through our back office and/or website on www.mkxnetwork.com (“Website”). For users on Apple devices, payments related to subscriptions or in-app purchases will be processed through Apple Inc. via the Apple App Store. For Android users, subscription payments will be redirected to our Website and processed through our secure payment gateway. The information you provide during these transactions will be subject to the Website’s Privacy Policy.
We use your country of residence to tailor the features available in MKX WEALTH. For example, certain functionalities, such as TapX for Commodities, are not available to users in the US, or Demo mode may vary by region. Additionally, EU users will see amounts displayed in EUR, while users in other regions will see them in USD.

Such a preference can also be changed at any time through your account, under User Profile. In determining whether processing can take place on the basis of our legitimate interests, a prior balancing of interests will be made between the interests of MKX (or group companies of MKX) and the interests of the data-subjects involved. Insofar as these third parties process personal data in the performance of their services, they do so in the role of processors of MKX or group companies of MKX. MetaApi: We use MetaApi for connecting MKX WEALTH with MetaTrader for trading activities. It is important to note that MKX WEALTH does not trade on behalf of the user. The user retains full control and responsibility for placing orders through our app’s connection with MetaTrader. Any information exchanged through this service is for operational purposes only and does not constitute personal financial advice. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, in accordance with the GDPR, against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or unauthorized access and to make sure that the regulations and requirements relating to data protection are observed and upheld both by ourselves and by our external service providers. In accordance with the law, MKX does not retain your personal data longer than is reasonably necessary for attaining the purposes for which they were collected outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for the duration required by any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements, whichever is the longer. You have the statutory right to know what personal data of yours we have stored and to whom we have disclosed it. You are entitled to request information at no cost about your data at any time and without charge, and to demand its correction, deletion or blocking.
